How to Make Sure that You Succeed

Are you happy with your life? Do you wish that you had something more? Perhaps, you are frustrated and maybe even angry at how things are.

One of the key ingredients of success is the inspiration and desire that come from being dissatisfied with something in your life. Maybe, you are frustrated at how low your energy is. Maybe, you are sick and tired of struggling. The moment in time when you reach a breaking point of frustration is the moment that you have the biggest desire to change it. When you are only somewhat unhappy with it, there is only a small energy to change it – and therefore only a small likelihood that it is going to change.

Take time to check your habits of thought and action,
because they have brought you to where you are now.
And, the thoughts and actions of now are determining your future destination.

Are you at a breaking point – when a single straw could break the camel’s back? Then, use the intensity of your frustration to inspire you to change.

Success ImageIn order to succeed, make sure to keep your thoughts on the things you want which makes sure that you keep your thoughts away from what you do not want. You must use your inspired energy to make sure that you spend all of your time focusing on what you want and what it looks like with as much detail as possible. Use frequent reminders to keep you on track. Use the energy of your frustration to help you gain the know-how to create a process that works to get you what you want – whether that’s time management strategies or a new fitness routine. Then, keep it going by making sure that you get in the new habit! Make sure that you keep going and take action. Keep the fire of inspired action stoked and burning brightly so that you have the sustained energy to keep on with the changes you need to make.

Coach’s Challenge:

Take inventory of your life and what you are most frustrated by. Is there something about which you are at your “breaking point”? Take a look at that situation and see if you can come up with what you need to know more about in order to make it work better. Then, do some research on how to get that “know-how”. Stay focused on how badly you want to change this situation. Keep learning and acting until you’ve managed to see improvement.
